I saw a wee indoor one the other week and I can't stop fantasising about having my very own remote control helicopter. I'd forgotten about wanting one when I was a brat.

Last christmas I bought my brothers a set with two that shot at each other. If you hit your opponent they would briefly cut out and tumble from the sky. Good stuff!

I got one the other year for Xmas, the cheap indoor ones. They are not very strong mind you, and it was broken within a few weeks, if you get one, pay a bit more for the outdoors ones.

I spent my junior years fantasising manically about two toys: Transformer’s Soundwave (the cool walkman who had all the cassettes inside him) and a remote controlled helicopter.
I never really got over either. It may explain all the problems in later life. If only I could have explained this to my mum back then, she may have succumbed and got me them. Damn.

Hubby bought himself one a few months ago, I was driven round the bend with it flying round my head.Thankfully after a few weeks the novelty wore off and it was put back in the box and forgotten about.
