When asking for help on a training RC helicopter you will get many many different answers. There are many good helicopters out there that will take you where you want to go, the question is more about cost, your goals of flying, etc.
First, understand that RC helicopters are not a cheap hobby. Fully understand what you will be paying for the heli, radio, receiver, servo's, etc. Then you need batteries and a good charger. That adds up. If the cost isn't an issue, keep reading.
Second, what are your goals? Do you want something to fly in the house? Or do you hope to learn to fly and then expand to something larger later like a 50 or 90 size gas to do 3D flying? If you want something very easy to fly and don't expect to go beyond that - get one of the coaxial helicopters like the Blade CX. If you want to go well beyond that in the future, start with a heli that has 4 or more channels. This will give you the foundation for controlling the helicopter in each axis.
One of the best pieces of advice is to find a local flyer who will help you. The best helicopter is usually one that the local flyers are flying -- why? Because they will often have ran into many of the problems that you would and can help you avoid common pitfalls. (Also, a heli that you can get parts from locally is a good choice usually)
If you don't have local flyers, go get support from someplace like RC Groups. There are MANY people there willing to help you in your decision. And, there are many posts just like your question where this has been discussed over and over. So likely there is enough information already there to help you decide.
Just remember - you WILL crash. Everyone does - if you're not crashing, you're not trying.
