Can someone tell me how to make this. I have wires, a remote and receiver, two electric motors, and metal wire for the frame of the aircraft.

Contact Boeing or Airbus company, they might teach you how to use your resources.
You’d also need servo’s to operate the steering and lift and throttle, so you’d need a 3 or maybe 4 channel radio set to get the accuracy.
Also, since you’re using electric motors, you’d need a ESC or Electronic Speed Control matched with your motors. If you don’t use it, you’d be on full power or no power. Nothing in between and no control at all.
Try to keep the frame as light as possible while still keeping its strength so the frame doesn’t twist when you give it full power. You might need to get creative with your construction, but it will be possible to make a good one.
Not sure about a twin motored one though, that might be a little too ambitious.
