gathering some parts from esky hb king ,gaui ep-100,smartech aero hawk... and diy some parts.... my 250 size rc heli was born! machine:diy 250 size rc heli frame:cardboard(surface coating a layer of pp) rotor head:from ep-100 main shaft:ep-100 main gear:ep-100 swashplate:modified from aero hawk(120 degree) tail boom:from esky hb king(shaft drive)cut 50mm shorter drive gear set:from esky hb king tail rotor head:ep-100 main blade:cardboard with wood inside(200mm x 20mm) skid strut:cardboard with esky skid bar tail sustaining rod:bamboo bar tx&rx:spektrum dx6i bl esc:redcon 25a bl motor:esky 3800kv gyro:mks gy-191 battery:7.4v li-po 15c 850ma servo:gws pico nano x3,esky 8g for tail

    blades:wood inside,outside two layers cardboard.
    carboard:use such as cardboard coating with a layer of PPor PE

    Nice! How did you make and balance the blades? What kind of cardboard is stong enough to hold screws and a motor?

    At first,I never think about modify a fixed pitch heli to flybarless, may be flybarless looks like a real helicopter,but it’s not stable,and hard to controll,you can search “flybarless “,”gaui ep-200 v2 fes”…..in youtube,watch such kind of rc heli video,and make your own
    decision,sorry about my english,not my native language.
