Originally possessed to own a Trex 450 RC Helicopter 5 years ago, I had no idea how it flew. I bought it bits at a time, paid no attention to forums as I thought those guys were Geeks and ended up with a fully working Helicopter and a transmitter I could not understand how to setup.
I ended up selling it without ever having taken off. I then got the bug again after a year so decided to start off with a cheaper smaller model. A Walkera 22E – This ended up flying a few times, each flight must have been at least 5 seconds and then a rebuild was in order each time after the crash. Then I progressed to a Walkera 60B – Flight time was seconds again, except for the longest flight when i had not turned on the transmitter and it just flew .... until crasing into the neighbours TV ariel. I was way too impatient, just wanted to get it in the air and was expecting some divine help with landing it.
I am now back to a T-Rex 450 SE V2 and taking it slower, having bought Rays Videos and just taking my time.
