i have a remote controlled 3d mini dragonfly v2 helicopter and it won't lift up in the air it just goes around in a circle on the ground what could be wrong with it and how do i fix it?

Check for hair or string near stuff that rotates.
Make sure its charged, or maybe there's a loose cable?

You might want to try and “trim” you helicopter. There should be a knob or switch that allows you to adjust the trim. That is all I have to do to get mine to fly up. One more thing to check is to make sure that your rear propeller is moving. If it is not, check to see if you have hair wrapped around the propeller. Those are the only two suggestions that I have for you. I hope it works. They are a lot of fun!
Another thing you could do is contact their technical support. They can walk you right through your problem.
